Established in 1999, Basic Training is Sacramento’s Original Outdoor Boot Camp Fitness Program. We are often imitated but never duplicated! Basic Training is a civilian-friendly fitness program based on Marine Corps physical training.
It’s all about getting fit and having fun at the same time. SDI Carson and his experienced staff will motivate you with their “gentle urging” to keep you motivated!
